CometFutures Holdings, Inc. ("CometFutures", "we", "us", or "our") provides simulated trading evaluation programs and related services through our website and platform. All content, materials, and communications provided by CometFutures are intended for educational and general informational purposes only. Nothing on this website or platform constitutes an offer or solicitation to buy or sell futures contracts, derivatives, or any financial instruments. Users should not interpret any content as personalised financial, trading, or investment advice. We recommend consulting a qualified financial adviser before making any financial decisions. The information provided does not account for your individual financial situation, risk tolerance, or investment objectives.
2. Simulated Trading Environment
All evaluation and funded-stage accounts operated by CometFutures are conducted within a simulated, non-executing trading environment. These accounts are designed for skill demonstration and performance assessment purposes only. No real capital is deployed, and no orders are placed in live markets during evaluation or funded-stage trading. Simulated accounts do not expose participants to actual market conditions including slippage, execution latency, real capital constraints, or the psychological pressures of live trading. While our simulated environment is designed to approximate real-time market behaviour, it does not constitute participation in live markets. All gains and losses generated within the simulation are hypothetical.
3. Hypothetical Performance Disclaimer
Hypothetical or simulated performance results carry inherent limitations. Simulated results do not represent actual trading activity. Because simulated trades have not been executed in live markets, results may overstate or understate the effect of certain market conditions such as liquidity constraints. No guarantee is made that any account will achieve profits or losses comparable to those displayed. Hypothetical results are typically prepared with the benefit of hindsight and do not involve financial risk. The inability to withstand losses or maintain discipline under real trading conditions are factors that can materially affect actual outcomes. Numerous other market and implementation factors cannot be fully accounted for in simulated performance data.

5. Permitted Instruments and Exchange Access
Participants in CometFutures programs may only trade standardised futures contracts listed on regulated U.S. futures exchanges, including those operated by the CME Group (CME, CBOT, NYMEX, and COMEX). Equities, equity options, cryptocurrencies, contracts for difference (CFDs), and over-the-counter (OTC) instruments are strictly prohibited and are not available within our platform environment. Any attempt to circumvent these restrictions will result in immediate disqualification and potential suspension or termination of platform access.
6. Evaluation Difficulty and Program Structure
Our simulated trading evaluation is designed to be challenging and is structured to reflect the operational, strategic, and psychological demands of professional trading environments. Success within our programs is not guaranteed and requires sustained discipline, effective risk management, and emotional resilience. Even experienced traders may find it difficult to meet programme objectives. These programs are not intended for individuals with minimal trading knowledge or limited understanding of leveraged financial instruments.
7. Funded Account Stage and Live Capital Access
The funded account stage operates exclusively within a simulated trading environment. All trades are executed on a demo basis and do not involve real capital. Participants who satisfy required performance criteria may, at our sole discretion, receive an invitation to access live capital trading through one of our affiliated companies. Such access is by invitation only and is subject to additional performance requirements, eligibility conditions, and the terms of the relevant affiliate. Payouts are based on simulated account performance and are subject to rules compliance, trading day requirements, and review by our team. 8. Fees and Pricing
Evaluation fees are subscription-based and charged on a monthly recurring basis for the duration of the evaluation period. All pricing displayed on the website reflects any applicable promotional discounts. Evaluation fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer. Programme pricing, discount structures, and fee schedules are subject to change without prior notice.
9. Monitoring and Programme Integrity
CometFutures actively monitors all trading activity within evaluation and simulated funded accounts for conduct that may violate our rules or constitute system exploitation, mechanical loophole abuse, or behaviour inconsistent with the spirit and objectives of the programme. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to latency-based strategies, excessive position sizing inconsistent with live trading norms, exploitation of data feeds, or circumvention of platform-level risk parameters. Where such conduct is identified, CometFutures reserves the right to void simulated gains, disqualify evaluation results or payout eligibility, suspend or terminate access, and permanently ban the participant from current and future participation. All decisions are final.
10. Testimonials and User Representations
Testimonials, user reviews, and promotional commentary displayed on our website or in communications represent the personal opinions of the individuals involved. These reflect individual experiences and are not necessarily typical or indicative of outcomes that other participants may expect. No testimonial or public statement should be interpreted as a guarantee of future results, payout eligibility, or trading success.
11. No Investment Advice or Employment Relationship
CometFutures does not provide investment, trading, tax, legal, or financial advice. Participation in any evaluation or simulated account programme does not constitute an offer to buy or sell any financial product or derivative instrument. We are not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, introducing broker, futures commission merchant, or money manager. Participation in our programmes does not create an employment relationship and does not entitle participants to compensation beyond the stated simulation-based payout structure.

Participants must be of legal age in their country of residence and are solely responsible for ensuring their participation complies with all applicable laws and regulations. Use of this website or our services in any jurisdiction where such use is restricted or prohibited is strictly not permitted.

Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount of fees you have paid to CometFutures in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to such liability.
